Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention was developed to specifically address the pain and poor mobility associated with arthritis as well as improve stability and balance.
Join us for a 2-day workshop to learn how to impact arthritis and balance on the individual and community level! You will learn the basic principles of Tai Chi that improve balance and the quality of life of those impacted by osteoarthritis.
